How do I convert my Buy to Let investment into Joint Equity


8 We support you through all the steps until successful completion.

9 On completion our Completion Fee (less the Commitment Deposit) is paid to us by your Solicitor before sending the net sales proceeds to you.

10 Joint Equity collects the Investment Return monthly and manages the relationship between you and your Owner-Partner.

11 We will help you find additional Joint Equity Investment opportunities

12 We will remain available to support you until you and/or the Owner-Partner until you finally sell the property and the relationship ends.

The Conversion Process

Like everything we do the process is simple, straight forward and transparent.

1 Email us to request an information pack and a Buy to Let Crossover Enquiry form.

2 Return the completed form.

3 We will complete your personal Illustration of what you could achieve with Joint Equity

4 If you want to proceed register as a Buy to Let Crossover Investor-Partner and send us your Registration Fee and Commitment Deposit. Remember  the deposit is refunded if we can not find you a mortgage.

5 We will send you our logos and information for your estate agent.

6 As soon as you have a potential buyer we will provide them information and support through the Owner-Partner scheme details here
